Day 01 (Thu) : ISTANBUL

Arrive at Istanbul International Airport where you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 02 (Fri) : ISTANBUL

Discover the classical highlights of Istanbul ; St.Sophia, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Serpentine Column, Obelisk of Teodosius,
German Fountain, Grand Covered Bazaar. Lunch at a typical Turkish Restaurant. Topkapı Palace, Suleymaniye Mosque.

Overnight in Istanbul (B,L).

Day 03 (Sat) : ISTANBUL

After berakfast discover Spice Bazaar and enjoy a morning cruise along the Asian and the European coasts of the
Bosphorus. Overnight in Istanbul (B).

Day 04 (Sun) : ISTANBUL/ANKARA/CAPPADOCIA

In the morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Ankara. Arrival in Ankara and visit to the
world-wide famous Anatolian Civilizations Museum at which there are numerous remnants from Stone Age, Neolithic Age,
Hittites, Urartians, Phrygians and many others. Then visit to the Mausoleum of Ataturk, the burial place of the national hero who founded
modern Republic of Turkey. Then departure for Cappadocia and lunch on the way.

After a picturesque trip along the Salt Lake arrive in Cappadocia.

Dinner and overnight (B,L,D).

 

Day 08 (Thu) : EPHESUS/KUSADASI

Morning tour to Ephesus area with Ephesus Antique City, Virgin Mary’s House, Selçuk Ephesus Museum and St. John Church.
Lunch in Selçuk and drive back to the hotel.

Dinner and overnight in Kusadası (B,L,D).

Day 09 (Fri) : PERGAMUM/ASSOS

Early departure for Bergama and visit to the Asclepion and Acropol with the well preserved remains. Lunch and drive to
Assos for a short visit to the village. Overnight in a simple but cosy hotel in Assos (or in Canakkale) (B,L,D).

Day 10 (Sat) : TROY/GALLIPOLI/ISTANBUL

After breakfast drive to Troy, the place where the legendary Trojan War took place in the historical work of Homer of Smyrna. After
visiting the site with nine inhabitation levels covering a period of 3000 years, drive to Canakkale and lunch. Thereafter sail to the other side
of Dardanelles by a ferryboat and drive to Istanbul with visit to Gallipoli. Arrival in Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul (B,L).

Day 11 (Sun) : ISTANBUL

After having breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight back. (B)
